I was interested in LG 24ML600S PC monitor. I had some profound technical queries which were not available on LG product page.
So I called customer care and spoke with a representative named Ms. Sakshi. I was disappointed to find from her that LG does not have any pre-sales support over phone and they handle only post sales queries.
However she said she will arrange for a call back within 24 hours from the tech department to address my queries.
I was fine with that approach.
However for a day I did not receive any call back and so I called up the day after again. However I was surprised to find that they had not recorded anything in their system about my previous interaction.
The next person I spoke with had no information and he again said he will arrange for a call back. I asked if you have recorded this in your system and can you give me a ticket number. He did not respond to that and just kept on telling me again and again that call back as been arranged.
This is a reflection of poor accountability, lack of customer centricity and poor professionalism.
I request prospective choosy buyers to stay away from LG. When they can not support pre-sales you can imagine how poor their post sales support is going to be. Was this information helpful? |
