LG Electronics — NO PROPER INSTALLATION FOR 3D TV

I complain several time but no proper installation done.ever time S.E come to my house and told software problem I will send proper software engineer for software installation that's all no body came. Please do proper installation.In tv wifi not connecting.Service engineer told reload software.plaese send s.e for installation.

Updated by anand.bannu I have been complaining several times but no proper installation was .never done at the time S.E came to my house and told that there was a software problem and that he would send proper software engineer for software installation and that's all no body came. Please do proper installation .In tv (Lg-42 Fhd 3d smart Led tv-42la6910) wifi IS not connecting. Service engineer told to reload the software plaese send s.e for installation. the TV was purchased on the 25th of may '2014.
