The LG side-by-side refrigerator model no. GR-L227WTQ which we purchased from Dubai on 12.05.2012 is not cooling from 28.09.2014 onwards . I bought this costly and big refrigerator keeping in mind the needs of my family and also as a long term investment. I registered a complaint with customer care on 28.09.2014, complaint number RNA[protected]. On 01.10.2014 your service advisor visited us and we were informed that the problem was related to gas leak and the concerned service advisor would check the fridge on the next day. After repeated calls, the concerned technician arrived on 4.10.2014 and informed that gas had leaked from freezer and he had to order cooling coil . For this inspection the authorised service centre of LG, Appolo Systems, Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram charged us a sum of Rs. 675/. The service advisor had informed us that we would get the cooling coil from Kochi within 3 days. After repeated enquiries we were informed that the stock was not available and it has to come from Noida. The service centre called us on 20.10.2014 and told us that they got the cooling coil and two technicians arrived and started to work on the fridge. They opened the outer cover of the newly arrived order and told us that somebody by mistake sent cooling coil of AC instead of that of fridge. Can you believe this? Is LG so irresponsible? It has been more than 21 days since we had placed the order, but still not received the respective part. I am hoping that you look into this matter and resolve this issue at the earliest.
