LG Electronics — Not installing | |||
An split ac (BSN12IBE) was purchased from khosla electronics pvt ltd. Kolkata (invoice no. 3124/1617/00945) on dt. 15/04/2016 getting assurance to deliver it within 3 days & install it but unfortunately it was delivered on 22/04/2016 and not yet fitted despite repeated reminders to the seller & L G customer care service center as well. Though khosla promised it was 'free installation', service center charges Rs. 2000/- for install. The service thus appears most unacceptable rather inappreciable. Is it your Customer service?
