[Resolved] LG Electronics — Not providing spare parts for TV | |||
We purposed TV in Dubai model 49UB700T and shop owners assured us it has international warranty, when it was shipped to Bangalore panel went bad. I raised request on 19/06/2015 RNA[protected]. Technician visited and said panel has to be replaced and he will check that what all panel will work as 49UB700T model is not available in India. he took one week and confirmed that 820T panel will also work but no stock it may take 1 or 2 or 3 months and not ready to give any tentative date also, then after long struggle with customer care we contacted some team lead by name Amit phone number : [protected] assured with email saying panel will reach Bangalore by 25 august now he is telling shipping is delayed and it may take one more month. i thought LG is a brand is this a brand level response? couple of times we requested for back up TV and they are not ready to provide and he asked me to do what ever I want. is this responsible person response? this kind of response will put LG in down is this customer mistake by going LG brand. if 820T TV is available in india then LG should provide all spare parts and not wait for till some panel breaks and the ask to ship? what i want here, give me panel without any delay or provide TV back up till panel reaches to india Reagrds Jagadeesh phone: [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
