Dear Sir / Ma'am,
I bought an AC from Reliance Digital of Jharsuguda, Odisha on 26th March 2023. I observed that Swing Blade of AC is not fixed/installed properly on 31st March 2023 when ResQ (Installation Party) is installing. Later that, I complained to them i.e. ResQ & LG (Complaint ID - CNP[protected] also. ResQ Team is not supporting & responding at all. They are just declining my complaints & they are not giving any warranty support at all. LG team came today & found my complaints are correct i.e. Manufacturing Defect in Swing Blade & they have informed to their Office. Also told that, After confirmation of ResQ they will change but no supports are responded at all.
Requesting to you, Kindly look into this matter as I am facing big trouble with this matter.
