Sir,
My tv under ref not working last two months. The complaint in this regard has been registered under toll free number. After two days 2x service executives are come and checked and not identified the real fault and told me that it may be a small fault or panel fault and told me that it may be repairable and no any service guarantee. It is only 3 yr old tv and how is the procedure to repair/replace the item. I am expecting for your valuable replay at the earliest. Thanks.
