I have purchased LG LED 32 LN4900#28162 from BISMI
Appliances Kochi on 05/12/2013.
It was working fine till it developed a complaint of NO
Picture on 10/03/15 (exactly within 95 days of warranty expiry.)
The same was registerd by me thru No RNA[protected] and
got inspected by your authorized service technicianMr.Joby. He advised to change
the PANEL which may cost Rs 12000.00 (TWELVE THOUSAND Rs) because the warranty
of the product is over.
It is surprising that one of the major component got
damaged within a short span of time.
I had gone for this LED Tv because of the International
image with high Brand value of LG and LG being the market leader in Electronic
equipments. Also only considering the feedback and recommendation from Bismi
regarding your service network, I was not carrying any doubt in my decision for
purchase of your LED.
I had paid such a high premium for the product to get
value for my hard earned money. My high expectations went for a toss when the
produt failed and that too a major component in very short span of time. The
drift happened to my confidence in LG as a brand is to be retained by a
favouravble and fast action to get the product replaced to me. I am not
expecting anything less than replcament of the total product with a new trouble
free equivalent model.
I would like to mention that after repeated requests and
continuous follow-ups I was offered a 30% discount on the spare cost by the
local LG Office at Cochin which I am not at all acceptable. I had very clearly
explained to him justifiably, my requirement of getting an equivalent new
product as replacement. Moreover I demand a written assurance from the
manufacturer regarding trouble free usage of minimum 5 years in normal
circumstances.
