LG Electronics — Poor service from LG Service Engineer Mr Mahesh, Direct service center Edappalli Cochin

Hi sir/ madam

I reported a problem with my mobile phone 2 months ago on LG Direct service center at edappalli, Cochin. The problem was that when my phone is automatically locked after screen timeout it will not get unlocked. They were unable to identify the problem and replaced all parts one by one. The replaced board was not having the IMIE number and the sticker behind the board was missing. They are now saying that the cannot accept the device without the sticker. I don't know what to do, I am attaching my email conversation with service engineer Mr Mahesh with this.

regularly to repair my phone. I usually spent at-least 5 hours for the travel and all on those days. Now am at

I don't know why you are not replying to me, Either you are completely ignoring your customer or not checking
your official mail account. Am very disappointed on this. You took 2 days to identify the problem on my device
by replacing each and every parts. After all you gave the phone on which the IMIE was corrupted. As I cant
make calls I forced to resubmit the device to you. You checked the phone and said that the IMIE sticker
behind the phone is missing and you cannot accept the device without the sticker. I don't know where its gone
and you are the one who replaced the PCB. Do you really think any customer will check the IMIE sticker is
there or not while receiving the phone after repairing.
Then you gave me an IMIE number and asked to duplicate the sticker. How can I duplicate something which
is made by LG...Any way I tried my best to get my phone repaired and am waiting for an update from you.

Where are you?. Are you on vacation these days?, Even if yes why don't you check your mails?. Its your
official email ID, not personal. Am very disappointed with your attitude..When I came down to your office I saw
the wallpaper on which you have written "THERE IS ONLY ONE BOSS 'CUSTOMER'...". Does it makes any
sense if you are approaching your customer like this?.
As a customer I am 100% sure that I have the right to know what is going on with my case. If you are not able
to give proper updates, please escalate it to someone who can. I humbly request you to do something for me.

I am fed up with you man..Just feeling like am sending emails to a black-hole. Could you please let me know
why you are not replying to me?. This seems not professional. I am a senior system engineer and I know the
frustration of customers if service is not delivered properly.
When I contacted you over telephone, you said that I will be updated after checking the product. A week
gone, I haven't received anything from you..This emails shows that I am continuously trying to reach you via
official email ID and you are ignoring my replies. "I CAT WAIT NO LONGER".
