LG Electronics — Poor service from LG Service Engineer Mr Mahesh, Direct service center Edappalli Cochin | |||
Hi sir/ madam I reported a problem with my mobile phone 2 months ago on LG Direct service center at edappalli, Cochin. The problem was that when my phone is automatically locked after screen timeout it will not get unlocked. They were unable to identify the problem and replaced all parts one by one. The replaced board was not having the IMIE number and the sticker behind the board was missing. They are now saying that the cannot accept the device without the sticker. I don't know what to do, I am attaching my email conversation with service engineer Mr Mahesh with this. Please help me. Am very disappointed on this. You took 2 days to identify the problem on my device by replacing each and every parts. After all you gave the phone on which the IMIE was corrupted. As I cant make calls I forced to resubmit the device to you. You checked the phone and said that the IMIE sticker behind the phone is missing and you cannot accept the device without the sticker. I don't know where its gone and you are the one who replaced the PCB. Do you really think any customer will check the IMIE sticker is there or not while receiving the phone after repairing. Then you gave me an IMIE number and asked to duplicate the sticker.
