LG Electronics — Poor Services/Bad Behaviour/No Sense of responsibility | |||
LG Electronics is not providing services under warranty or under AMC. I have 1.5 ton window AC and 1.5 ton inverter AC. Whenever I log compliant they are not bothered to respond. They come after 5-6 days just do time pass and go back without solving the issue. If i call on customer care they suggest to talk local repair center. Repair center people do not entertain any complaints gives silly reasons and disconnect call. I log RNA[protected] RNA[protected] on customer care for which issue not resolved till now. LG engineers visited 1-2 times after so many request and say that AC was not installed properly and asking money for repair even though AC is recently purchased and installed.
