[Resolved] LG Electronics — Problem not resolved since last year | |||
Dear customer care officer I m Rajneesh Sharma . I had purchased one LG Fridge (348PL84) from Soft vision electronics pvt Ltd on 15.09.13( bill no 5533 ). Since then i am not satisfied with the performance of this refrigeroator. i have registered complaints many a times but the problem (over cooling) remains as it is. Your srevice person(Prakash. [protected] ) gave his no for the complaint. each time he came do some adjustments and say problem is resolved but the problem remains as it is. One year passed now ur service guy says he will charge his visit and will replace the parts on chargebale basis. when i complaint it the dealer they both says that we have complaint only two times with different problems statement (complaint no[protected] and[protected] . For the whole year ur service persons insisted to take AMC . Now at at the end of the year I am feeling cheated by ur team. i want to get my refrigerotor repaired and also i wont pay it for this rectification. Please respond Was this information helpful? | |||
