I would like to draw your attention that this is simply breach of trust. Normally
Household goods are meant for 10 years or more for a medium class family who had
Managed funds from his savings and bought a tv on emi. As per accounting standards
My tv cost comes very less with depreciation and i will not be able to manage
Funds to buy new one. So i will not accept this proposal.
I am your customer and i want the solution not compensation. Either you people
Arrange the parts and repair my tv or replace this with new one because lg company
Is at fault that they are not providing the parts of the tv which they had sold
Just 3 years back.
I had called ccc to know the status as i was informed day before yesterday knight that i will get a call from the service centre. Two of the cc officer disconnected my phone. Third one mr. Ibrahim cc officer informed me that an engineer of the service centre has updated in his report that customer does not want to get the defected part replaced. I had confirmed over phone that this is completely wrong and misguiding report. Then he had promised me that i will inquire and will give you call back in 15 minutes and blocked my number ([protected]) which is registered with lg. Then from other cell i had connected to mr. Puneet a cc officer. He informed me that he can not help me. I have to contact service centre and take follow up.
I am very surprised to see such a pathetic response from ccc. No one is interested in my problem. Ccc is only listing to me and they have only one objective how to get rid off customer call. They are least bothered to the customer issue and they are not forwardig issue to the competent authority who can take prompt action and solve the customer issue. Customer is harassed by the service centre and getting suggestion from ccc that you have to contact the service centre only lg company can not do anything.
I am not doing anything by my choice. I am facing difficulty and not interested in changing my tv. This is company incompetency that they are not able to provide the service or change the part of the tv. If this would have been my choice i would have opted for depriciation offer given by the service centre but in this case company should take a call for replacement of a tv with similar specification and price.
Finally i can say that company is least concerned with the customer issues and service centre and ccc is destroying the goodwill and trust of the company.
