I had repaired fridge thru LG service centre 2 months back but technician did fake repairing and taken money then after repeat complain they sent another technician who says everything working fine no issue with fridge. I said ice is not forming but not listening or accepting the our words.
Repeated 3 technician has visited but all have different opinion about problem. I am harassed a lot and wasted my valuable time with them without getting solution. Now service centre asking Rs 3000 for replacement of parts which is not genuine.
i am facing problem with fridge on every 2 years and spending lot of money.
Now appealing to court to address the issue seriously so this fake service should stop with 1000 of customer like me. Request penalty on service centre, Boisar and charge cheating & harassment case.
