Pathetic service by lg.no escalation management.same issue in a tv worth 54000.No one to hear customer complaint.No wonder you r losing market share.please contact me and refund my amount.i have logged complaint with lg someone named anuj srivastav calked me and informed refund approved.never contacted me again.som service head gaurav with whom i spoke was rude and should know how to talk to a customer
