LG Electronics — Regarding fault product | |||
One month ago I bought a new LG 42LF6500 LED smart TV from the LG showroom. Now it has display problems. When contacted to LG services they told PCB has to be replaced and they gave reasons like not to use pendrive or hard disk or cabelled set-top box, which doesn't make any sense. Now we have warranty and it can be replaced. What if some other major problem persists after a year or so. How to trust the brand since it's giving such a major problem just after 1 month of buying. It seems to be a faulty or damage product. So I need the refund or replacement for a new TV. Please take it into serious consideration. If not the same complaint will be escalated further. I also facing same problem with smart TV, no result after fighting more than 2 months, LG will make fun of you and enjoy there day.
LG will not solve your problem, they will frustrate you like anything, just wait, there next step is, ask you to purchase additional warranty.
Better go in Court, police station, file a fraud case on these so called branded company.
