WE HAVE PERCHASED THE LG SINGLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR MODEL NO.GL-285 VNG5 DATED[protected] FROM SALES INDIA PVT.LTD., KARELIBAUG BRANCH, VADODARA -22 .BILL NO. IS AS SHOWN IN BILL PICTURE SEND TO U. WE HAVE COMPLIEN OF FREEZER DOOR .ITS MENUFACTURING PROBLEM.SINCE EVERY AFTER 30-60 DAYS WE HAVE TO SPEND RS.500 TO CHANGED THIS DOOR . DESIGNE OF THE FREEZOR DOOR IS SUCH THAT DOOR GETS BROKEN EVEN WE TAKE LOTS OF CARE . EITHER PL. CHANGE THIS MODEL TO DOUBLE DOOR SO THAT WE HAVE NO PROBLEM.OR U HAVE TO CHANGED DOOR FREE OF COST WHEN WE COMPLAINED . UR ENGINEER ALSO GETS FADUP WITHIS PROBLEM .ITS A UNIVERSAL PROBLEM WITH THIS MODEL. SO IT IS ADVISABLE TO EXCHANGE THIS MODEL WITH DOUBLE DOOR. IN AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRIES CAR IS TAKEN BACK ON KNOWING THE MANUFACTURING DEFECT. SIMILARLY WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE SAME FACILITY OVER HERE OTHERWISE WE HAVE TO COMPLAINED TO CONSUMER COURT FOR THE SAME. PL. DO THE NEEDFUL AT EALIEST WITHIN SEVEN DAYS TIME . THANKS.
