[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Repair of 29" TV

Complaint No. RNA[protected] dt. 22.10.14, Complaint No.[protected] dt.5.11.14. If LG is not able to rectify a product even after more than 20 days it should refuse to the customer that repair is not possible rather than sending messages on the mobile twice a day that "Part Pending (Re allotted). I am very upset with the attitude of your Service Centre as their service is very poor. Please look into the matter and confirm whether it will be possible for LG to rectify the fault or should I scrap off the product. Awaiting to hear from you.
