- MY LG FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE IS NOSING ALOT FOR THE LAST 4-5 DAYS AND FOR WHICH I LODGED A COMPLAINT TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE ON 29.10.2014 VIDE RNA[protected]. -FOR WHICH YOU PROVIDE A PHONE NO OF SOME M/S MAYA TRADERS, E-27, SHASTRI NAGAR, MEERUT AND WHOSE REPRESENTATIVE CAME TO US ON 30.10.2014 AND AFTER CHECKING THE MACHINE HE SAID THAT BEARINGS OF THE MACHINE SHOULD BE REPLACED AND FOR WHICH IT NEEDS TO REACH IT ON SERVICE STATION AT MEERUT AND AFTER REPLACING THE BEARINGS OUR MACHINE WILL BE RETURNED ON NEXT DAY. -ACCORDIGLY, I SEND THE WASHING MACHINE TO SERVICE STATION AT MEERUT ON 31.10.14 ON MY COST. -BUT THE ENGINEER/REPRESENTATIVE AT SERVICE CENTRE AT MEERUT ON THE ABOVE ADDRESS ARE NOT RESPONDING AT ALL. -I AM FACING A GREAT PROBLEM WITHOUT THE MACHINE AND COMPANY LIKE LG IS BEHAVING LIKE THIS, IS SHOCKED TO ME. PL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RESOLVE MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID UNNESSASERILY LETIGATION IN THE MATTER TO REPORT TO CONSUMER AFFAIR MINISTRY OF GOVT OF INDIA.
