LG Electronics — Service provider by LG is delaying my ac installation

I bought LG's AC on 13 April 2023.I called customer care and requested for installation of LG.
But till now no service agent has come from their side. I called again and again. Also called the service agent. Called customer care also but no one gave any satisfactory answer.
Seeing this, it seems that LG's service is very poor. I would request everyone not to buy LG products.
And I want you to do your best to get me justice. It will be so kind of you.
