LG Electronics — Subject Harassment from the lg service center.

Purchased a washing machine lg wm T9003TEELR on[protected], Which was a defective peice. (While spinning it makes loud noise) Have registered a complained on 11/02/2015 (RNA[protected], technician Mr mobin visited my house inspected the machine & said company will replace it in 10 days. Till date the result is 0 .. Must have made more then 100 calls, No one in the service department take the call. Customer care gives different num of different guys who are not interested in taking my calls. With much difficulty Mr Shoaib team leader service department spoke to me 3 days back & assured me he will look in the matter & get back in 24 hours. Today when I Call on Mr mobin's (technician) mobile he says he is helpless & on the other end Mr Shoaib dozen want to come on the line.. IT BEAN MORE THEN 1 MONTH AM NOT ABLE TO USE THE MACHINE. I MADE A BIG MISTAKE BUYING THIS LG COMPANY PRODUCT, ITS A MENTAL TORTURE . PLEASE HELP...
