[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Tuner issue in TV

Complaint no. RNA[protected] We bought this tv just two monthsago. suddenly one day the tv was not working for cable signal alone We raised complaint for changing the tuner part in tv 10 days ago. But they are saying so many reasons for the past 10 days and not responding at all. It's seriously disgusting and disappointing with the service you provide. How many days do u think we can sit in home without having tv??. Please replace the part immediately or refund the money and take back your TV.

When will you think you can replace the tuner??? Shall we wait for another year for replace...very very poor service... please take ur product back
