[Resolved] LG Electronics — Unprofessional way of handling complaints | |||
I had registered complaint in lg for microwave, the engineer visited and told us that he will get the part and repair our product, we tried to contact him, but no use. Now we called customer service they said we have to pay visiting charge again. Every time i called up their customer service, new person picks up and I have to tell entire thing again. It happened 5 to 6 times. And tbey are not ready to solve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
