LG Electronics — Urgent Request - Replacement for Faulty LG Washing Machine Model Name: FHV1409ZWP.APSQEIL

I am writing to formally request a replacement for a brand new LG washing machine (Model Name: FHV1409ZWP.APSQEIL) that I purchased on[protected] from Rakesh Electronics at Shyam Nagar, New Delhi - 110018.

Unfortunately, the washing machine has been producing an excessive amount of noise during the spin cycle since the first use. To document the issue, I have recorded videos of the noise, which I am happy to provide upon request.

Despite contacting customer service so many times and having engineers visit my home to diagnose the problem, the issue persists. I am very disappointed with this experience, especially considering the washing machine is brand new.

After 4-5 attempts to resolve the issue, the area head, engineers, and store owner here refuse to accept that this is the default. They are misguiding us that sometimes you can run the machine like this, sometimes you can run it like that, but the sound in spinning time is still not stopping. Also, your area head said we are under closing time so it will take time but how much time it wil take we are already waiting since the machine purchased why you all are playing with emotion of middle class family?

I believe a replacement is the most appropriate course of action. I would like to request a new washing machine of the same model (or a comparable model i[censored]navailable) to be delivered as soon as possible.

Despite it being a new machine, you guys are not replacing it, so I would like you to refund our money.
