LG Electronics — Very bad support by LG Electronics

Almost 17 days have passed, and the washing machine is still not operational. Despite multiple reminders and escalation to the CEO and MD desks, I have not received any solution. There has been no response from the technical team, and this lack of support from the LG team is ridiculous.
