LG India — Problem not resolved

To whom it may concern I have purchased a Lg 3D LED 32' Tv on 21st Aug 2013 and since then it has a problem in 3D mode and that is when watching 3D movies after a while the sound goes off...and need to restart the tv to get back the sound and in A/V and HDMI mode the picture goes off for a while and comes back within 10 to 20 Seconds but the sound is there... Several times i had complained about this problem to the service center ...and they have changed the main board and the power supply board but...the problem has not been resolved... and last time when I complained about the issue...they have refused to come for the service... i am just feeling helpless and hopeless...and now the last option left for me is to move to the consumer forum court... regarding this matter... please advice me what to do...and kindly do the needful as soon as possible... thanking u...
