LG — Lg Тexus 5 front camera problem

Bought LG nexus 5 on 28/03/2014, on next day i got the front camera problem, they restored me and given, and again 4 days later i got the same problem i went for a LG store in DSNR they updated the software and given, and again i got the problem in FRONT camera..IN just 12 days i went to STORE for 3 times and the response was very ruuude...I asked FOR A REPLACEMENT..he says our WORLDS NUMBER ONE COMPANY DOES NOT REPLACE FOR 15 DAYS...what the bull izz thisssss, , , , , , why i have to buy LG then worst and BEEEKAAARRRR policyy.
