Dear Sir Please find the below chain of mails i have communicated to your Area Manager of Ameerpet branch, Hyderabad regarding my issue with the agent. My Loan A/c.No.[protected]. The agent named Mr.Anji Reddy was mis-guided me for sanctioning a home load and he was collected money of 1% commission from me i.e Rs.22, 000/-. The same i have escalated to area manager through below mails but i didn't get any solution from him. Requesting your intervention to take some action on said agent since he will continue the same with other LICHFL customers also and it is bad remark to LICHFL.
