Am Mahesh Kumar Goud Patel. My LIC HFL Account No.[protected]. I make a request on Nov 2014 to change of address, mail ID and i submitted ID proof at SR Nagar mythrivanam office. After I received mail from LIC for conformation and replied same day. But till now address and mail ID was not changed.
