[Resolved]  Lichfl — Refund of Rs 213200/=

Dear sir, I am very sorry to bring to your kind notice that my repeated requests for the above complain are in vain.It is highly unfortunate that LICHFL, patna(BIAHR) branch has handed over a cheque of Rs. 213200/= bearing No.14089 towards application No.11911977 to the developer without my consent/signature on the demand letter i.e final payment without making the final settlement and without handing over the house finally to me.This is certainly the violation of LICHFL norms as well as rules and must be dealt seriously/urgently on priority basis so as to refund the above said amount to my loan account, otherwise i will be forced to stop EMI payment till this issue is resolved and i will owe any responsibility with immediate effect.
