No revert till date from the lic branch manager of brahmapuri, and other below mentioned regional branches. may i know why?

Is it takes 1 month to delivered my endorsement documents in the local area itself about 3 kilometers?.

I haven't received any letter from lic after 1 and half month.

Kindly provide us soft copy and hard copy also on priority
