The Manager ( P & GS) LIC of India P & GS Unit Cannaught Place Dehradun-247001 Sir Ref my Annuity No 027M[protected] The annuity amount for the month of February 2015 has not been credited my bank a/c at SBI, ONGC complex Palavasna branch (Mehsana, Gujarat) Usually the amount is credited to my bank a/c on 1st or 2nd of every month since Feb.2014.
