This is being to your kind notice that I have not recd Money Back since last two sessions(FEB-
2010 & FEB-2013) on my LIC Policy no :[protected] Name:- LINGARAJ DIJABAR SAHOO DOC:-
15/02/2006 SA:- 50000 PREM:- 191.00 .I had already updated NEFT bank account No:-
[protected] HDFC BANK, IFSC CODE:-HDFC0000650 on said policy. Want to deposited the sum
of Money back amount on above bank account.

Therefore requesting you to grant my application and do the necessary action on avoid matter.
