Lilam Enterprises — Non replacement of maid

I have deposited 25000 in the account of Bharti mirpatalu for 11mnths contract. They send a maid named pranjali. She worked for 4 mnths and ran away. Now they are saying that she wants work somewhere else. She told me that agency has told her that she should come back after they get their commission. They are neither refunding money nor replacing maid. This agency is fraud and I m going to file a case in consumer forum pathankot. I have got enough documents to sue them.
