I would like inform to you that as on 21 february 2017, my kent water purifier machine was not working properly hence i search kent customer care number on the google and found the mobile number [protected] which is registered in the name of kent customer service, then i called on this number and lock the complaint & requested to send the engineer from kent ro at my residence to check and repair the my water purifier. After 1 or 1 and half hour one person reach to my house & represented himself as kent engineer and replace the three filter of my machine then he forced & conveyance me to take the amc for livsafe h2o solution laxmi nagar contact no is [protected]/[protected]. They charged us rs. 7800/- towards amc of kent water purifier, bill no 2427 and no services are provided by them, the fake products are used by them which they say are kent original products. Their fake products ruin our kent machine. Since then we have been following with the company to send some one to address the issue but as usual the typical local service providers they are complete fraud and cheat.
Many times i m calling livsafe a lady (Rita) picks up the phone. She say that we have registered your query and engineer come on tomorrow. Then we have follow the company but no response after days back m calling livsafe laxmi nagar lady rita say engineer already solved your query and change the motor then m saying no engineer is come my home. M saying madhu what proof my complaint ha been resolved madhu said the status is not shown our system m only customer care services provide.
Madhu call back me she said that tomorrow will be come engineer and change the motor then m saying we have no return old motor, she say not possible and phone hold then she discuss other person (Male) and finally said ok you dont return motor. Finally this company is fraud and cheated for me. Please refund the amc money rs. 7800/-. Please help me. And retun the money. Was this information helpful? |
