I had taken a contract with them for my aquaguard nova for a period of 2 yrs from 21 june 16 to 20 june 17 for rs 2250 this covered 3 mandatory visits, electrical parts and filters. Inspite of repeated complaints nobody has come to rectify the problem for the last 10 days we have been buying water. It iscausing a lot of problem and the company is not responding
Very bad service provider, also customer service is very bad, they are talk very badly. my AMC pending to expired in 7 day they not providing service as well as talk very bad way. please do not purchase AMC from this company.
