Livsafe H2o Solutions — No amc service of water purifier provided by the fake company though charged heavy amount

We have taken amc services of kent from livsafe on aug 19, 2016 for 1 year.
1. When i called the representative over call said that we are an authorized service center of kent though they are not.
2. They charged us rs. 6500 towards amc of kent water purifier and no services are provided by them, the fake products are used by them which they say are kent original products. Their fake products ruin our kent machine.
3. We have called their service executive several times though nobody turned up.
4. We are facing water problem since the day we have took their amc. The company is complete fake and caused us mental torcher and lots of problems, lack of water which is a necessity. We become unwell because of drinking non filtered water.
5. They promised to refund the amount on sept 29, 2016 and then no one turned up.
I demand the company should shut down operations as it lies to its customers that are using kent original products. And, i demand rs.100, 000 for so much humiliation and mental torcher caused by them. And for spoiling our kent machine. I am attaching the conversations happened with them and the invoice.
