I had logged a complaint towards my lloyd 32' fhd led tv on 14th sep 2018 and my service request no is: hil[protected]. Service engineer visited and suggested for replacement. Till date no replacement has done by the company. I am regularly calling to the representative but not getting any positive response at their end. I have paid rs.650 towards service charges for which i had not received any bill.

i have purchased Lloyd 1.5 Ton 3 Star AC on 11th May, 2018, recently there is a cooling issue with AC i have reached the customer care they sent Technication to repair the ac he told that to replace the cooper pipe i have purchased from out side, even they have charges Rs.1500 for service charges. asper the warranty it should be free of cost.

I had backlight issue in my 50"lloyd led tv. Technical came alone and while lifting panel he broke down it. I had paid 8500₹ just for backlight. After this service agency told me that they would replace the panel. After 2 months of period he was saying i'll replace whole tv but give me extra ₹10k. I paid him ₹5k by cheque. And now after 3 and half months he is saying i can not replace tv.
I have spent over 13500₹ and waited...

I filed a complaint about my tv and on 7th sept 2018 the service person from llyod took my tv for repairing its screen which is under warranty but even after 25 days there is no update on my tv. I bought the ac in 2017 in april month from new pankaj electronics, mayur vihar phase 1, delhi (with 3years warranty). Ac was working fine till the 2018. As per maintenance schedule, ac was serviced on time properly.After 1year warranty at the normal service on 21st april 2018, refrigerant gas was refilled...

Very regretfully and shamefully i am intimating you the following facts for favour of immediate action.

I had purchased one llol32fbc8528 lloyd led tv on 14/09/17 from qrs showroom, chengannur, kerala....

My 40 inch lloyd led which is under warranty is not working the problem is picture panel is of low quality and it is totally stol working now the copany is on daily basis giving me the assurace that it will be replaced today and tomorrow and today i spoke there area head mr kamal sethi he is saying that new product will be given to you but it will take a week. Kindly look into the matter as i am fed up with there assurace....

I am trying to contact and trying to inform my problem which is facing through lloyd ac which i have purchased last year and hence now it is not functioning properly as per technician same required gas charge..

As i have taken last service on march'18 from lloyd service provider and its 5 months happen now again same kind of problem occured in the ac so can u tell me if this kind of problem will consist in next 5 or 6 month...

I am Llyold customer and I bought fully automatic washing machine on 13th Nov 2017 and I also purchased extended warranty by paying around 2000 rs extra.

Now it's been only 9 months (as today is 21st August 2018)however I have called customer care and asked for Engineer for 4 times and everytime they came in and not fixed the issue properly

Drainage problem in lloyd ac 1.5 ton
Last month the company officials came and could not find the problem and told us that there is no problem. But they took rs. 300 as their fees. But the watwer droplets coming by the side also. So this time send experienced professionals or technicians so that they can detect the problem and take the corrective measures....
