I booked a ground floor flat in Sahibabad, ghaziabad, near dlf mod in dlf colony on March 2013 & gave a amount of 3 lakhs through cheque. Builder committed me to approve loan of 10 Lakhs on same property but he cant able to approve in given time. So i ask my money back so he tell me i ll sell flat after that he ll give my money & till then my money is stucked. Please guide me what to do Was this information helpful? |
