Local Builder — Unsecured construction

This is Rajiv SIdhu, residing at Lucknow, my dependents are living in Delhi at C-41, Sewak Park, Uttam Nagar, Delhi 110059, since last three month there is a construction going on in a plot alongside due to which our home is damaged at various places, we are regularly asking the builder to take necessary action in this regard but there is no serious attention paid by him.

May I request to the respective authorities to take care of our home which may laps at any movement due to careless construction by a builder.
