A developer is constructing and selling houses in the several sites in the layout at the same time. As part of this activity he has been digging bore wells continuously from past 4 -5 months. I think more than 15 bore wells he has dug in the area of about 30-50 meters radius, this is still continuing. Once the activity starts goes on for 3-4 days continuously, we have new born babies, old age people, pregnant woman living in the neighbour hood, not just that a primary school adjacent to the layout.
