Longway India — For ceiling fans

I purchased two ceiling fans for longway product by flipkart, after one months fans started noise too much so i complaint to longway customer care, they did not provide any service, they told us to repair by local vendor and they provide me the refund amount of both fans, all conversation done on whatsapp and phone . After i repaired both fans by local vendor and asked company to refund the amount, but they refused and after that asking me for complaint and differnt things, did not check my whatsapp chat and for 4 momnths every day called to longway customer care but not getting any refund.
