We purchased 2 fans, 1 on 24th of may 2022, and the other on 5th June 2022. Both the fans are COMPLETELY RUSTED AND 1 has STOPPED WORKING. I have sent a mail and have been calling and trying to get in touch with the company to claim warranty, but in vain. the mail is still unanswered after 5 days, and nobody picks up on the number provided by amazon- [protected].
In the product description on Amazon, the company claims to provide 3 years warranty. But, how is a customer supposed to claim it if the rouge manufacturer does not RESPOND??
Why is the cheater manufacturer giving false warranty?
