I had frequently tried to change my billing sim into prepaid sim, but they not respond me positively. Also i complained him through gallary visit, written complaint & 198 telicalling. After submitting twice a documents, thrice call verification process and fully bill payment they nigleting me.

the worse day was converting number from pre paid to post paid .started facing problem since that day. Sometime network issue, sometime even after having 3G internet pack . My Internet connection was slower then 2G. even after submitting complaint at customer care, none of my problem get solved And worse thing happen when i want to convert it again from post paid to pre paid.i visited laxmi nagar vodafone various time . every time they give damn reason for not converting . Some time sim out of stock . some time system down and some time system slow. Then finally they submit documents on 22-Nov-2013.but as per their excuse sim went out of stock .but they kept my old sim along with form. then i visited their on 25-Nov-2013 . they delivered new sim and given activation time maximum 24 hours. and today (26-Nov-2013 ) i m calling them since morning bt sim not activated even yet and bloody again want me to visit their store.
Worse connection i ever use .
