L'oreal — Conditioner bad quality

I bought loreal conditioner (white) from my nearest store in Kharar Punjab-140301 shop name : 88 mart, in sector 125, sunny enclave Mohali-140301

I am using loreal product since 5years but After using this conditioner the quality was very bad my hair was rough and freezing.
