L'oreal — Loreal hair color has damaged my forehead

I have used Loreal hair color which has left marks on my forehead which i assumed will fade away but they are not lightening at all . Enclosed the photo of my forehead for more details. I need help to get rid of the same as it has ruined my face. Treat this urgent please
