Worst refurbished products... Cheat customer take more money and poor customer services gives second hand products...
We purchased a fridge at first time they delivered the one which had dent on the door second time the light of the chiller was not working and third time they delivered every single minute it produces a sound its so noisy so irritating feels like the fridge will burst.
They did not even bothered and cared to resolve the concern had made several calls, after so many calls they could just send a technician who visited and did nothing.
The customer service team is pathetic do not know how to speak to the customers and do not know the procedure also are least bothered to resolve the concern. Was this information helpful? |
