[Resolved] Lotus Electronics — AC Problem and Poor Customer Services | |||
I have purchased a new Samsung Invertor AC on 14th of June it was delivered the next day and while the installation a fault was discovered in the fan motor of the new AC. On reporting the problem to the company they diverted the issue to Samsung service centre. The customer service department is now showing negligence and is very rude towards either the repair or the replacement of the new AC. Both the lotus electronics Bhopal and the samsung have been passing on the blame on each other is not listening for the solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
