I live in Singapore, My wife had a plan to visit my home town (Tiruttani)during vacation hence I had ordered few men pants on 15/Jan/2023 from Louis Phillippe direct website and estimated delivery date was shown 27Jan2023 hence we didn't track the order closely until end of jan, 2023. My orders is not been delivered to my address till date. but order status in their website shows products are already delivered on 15Jan2023. I have sent email to their helpline mail id. after few days, they sent me the proof of delivery documents with Fake signature of my husband without ID proof attachment.
I gave my Father's home address, his name and contact No. he didn't receive any calls and proof of delivery stated that items were collected by me. how is that possible when i am in Singapore.
they cheated me 7000INR. I want to get back my money/ products that I purchased.
