Louis Philippe — Defective Shoe | |||
I bought a pair of shoes in September 2014 from a shoppers stop store at Thane, it was okay till January but I found a crack popping out at the sole of the both shoes. Also at one place sole is torn up. Since I was out of town and heavily loaded with work I could not replace it in warranty period. I am requesting you to kindly refund my money or get the shoe replaced as soon as possible because third time I am having problem in Louis Philippe shoes and dont want to keep this brand in my wallet if any action would not be taken against my complaint.
