I had purchased a leather belt from the official site on 13th Oct'18 but the delivery hasn't been done yet. The estimated delivery date was 20th Oct'28 and its 9 days past the expected date. Never have I seen such unprofessionalism from any brand. It's been more than 15 days since I ordered the product from the official site and I have been getting false promises from both the customer support and the delivery service Ecom Express. When I first complained to LP customer care, I was promised that the delivery would be done before end of the day of 25th October, but its 3 days past the promised date and the ORDER IS NOT YET DELIVERED. THIS IS REALLY PITEOUS.
This is the first and last time I will be buying any product from Louis philippe and will never recommend it to anybody. Was this information helpful? |
